Our claims support
Our in-house claims service is every bit as important as the placement service that we provide. We take an active role in claims advocacy, management and resolution. Our claims team will get involved from the moment that one of our clients becomes aware they might have a potential claim. We provide advice on claim reporting protocols and manage the reporting of claims to all underwriters. We provide advocacy on behalf of insureds with their underwriters, and we carefully steward a claim to a successful outcome for our clients.
Our reach
We are licensed Lloyd’s brokers in the UK and, through our Malta-based office, throughout the European union. We have close relationships with London market, European, and Bermudian insurers, as well as reinsurers around the world. We also frequently work with Asian and Middle Eastern reinsurers on a comprehensive range of products and solutions.

Our regulators
New Dawn Risk is an authorised broker at Lloyd’s of London, operating under its oversight and terms of business. In the UK, New Dawn Risk Group Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to transact insurance business.
In the EU, New Dawn Risk (Europe) Limited is an enrolled insurance broker under the Insurance Distribution Act (Cap 487) of the Laws of Malta to carry on broking business and is licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
